We Tried Speeding Up, Now It's Time to Slow Down

We Tried Speeding Up, Now It's Time to Slow Down;

If we continue where we left off in our previous article;

In the pace of modern life, it is quite easy to disrupt our physical and mental balance, yes.

However, the picture does not have to remain so pessimistic.

In fact, if we look deeply, this is not even a pessimistic picture.

Because being healthy is not as complicated as we are used to.

Our body is like a multi-geared machine that works very well. Each small system supports each other. When the whole system is working properly, it becomes easier for it to work well. It works with thousands of years of working principles and if we do not prevent it, it does its best to repair itself.

Stop fighting with ourselves.

Not overwhelming our bodies with dozens of things that they don't even need.

Not to be dragged along by the ever-changing nutritional trends and not to put extra burdens on yourself.

The most important things we need to do.

For this reason, the greatest gift we can give ourselves is time.

Slow down.

Putting on the brakes and remembering that not all information applies to everyone.

Afterwards, all we have to do is give our body the small supports it needs to keep itself in balance.

To return our bodies to the way they have been used to for thousands of years by taking small but regular supplements and eating as natural a diet as possible.

Returning to old systems and deep-rooted wisdom in nutrition and nourishing ourselves on a cellular basis.

While doing this, we stop and listen to ourselves carefully.

To realize what is good for us and what is bad for us.

Because believe me, that diet cookie is more harmful to you in the long run than that big plate of pasta.

The fundamental things we need to protect in this properly functioning system are now converging with scientific research.

These points that we need in the long term are known as the three main pillars of our health:

Reducing toxicity, inflammation and sugar in the body,

Protecting our intestinal health,

Supporting hormonal balance.

These three main pillars are responsible for our strong immunity and having the right amount of vitamins and minerals in our body.

From there to our mental comfort, everything is both the cause and the effect.

This is not something that will happen by relying on any supplement, diet or nutritional form that was trendy for a while, making it the center of our lives and then forgetting about it and abandoning it completely.

What will make a difference in the long run should be easy but sustainable.

So how do we achieve sustainability in nutrition and health?

We will continue…
